Summary: Upgraded to Executive Room which had all the amenities expected. However the USB next to bed not working. I booked this hotel for the pool but in early September already closed even though the temperature outside was between 27-30 degrees. Take the hotel shuttle and save yourself a lot of money. But it only operates up to 10am and after 6pm.

Summary: Hotel did its job for the 1 night stay after a late flight arrival. Clean bathroom, easy shuttle service, 5 mins away from the airport just make sure you let them know when your flight is and when you plan on leaving so they can organise themselves.

Summary: Dirty place. Found old nuts on the floor in the Room. And in the Resturant, one of the workers dropped the Washing cloth on the floor, and picked it uo and washed the tables with it afterwords.

Summary: I stayed at Novotel Milan Malpensa and honestly, it was a pretty awful experience. The reception staff at check-in was unbelievably rude—condescending and dismissive. I reported that the AC wasn’t working in my room, and after waiting over two hours with no action, I went back down to ask for a room change. The guy lied straight to my face saying the hotel was “fully booked” and that I had no choice but to stay in that hot room. Only after arguing and stating I had asthma, did he magically find me another room. Totally unacceptable attitude and zero empathy. The rooms themselves? Old, tired, and far from truly clean—definitely didn’t feel like a 4-star hotel. The whole place felt more like a 2-star operation with a fancy name slapped on. The only saving grace was the restaurant: the staff were kind, professional, and genuinely helpful. The food was great and breakfast was also solid. If it wasn’t for them, this would’ve been a 1-star review. Bottom line: I wouldn’t recommend staying here. If you’re expecting a proper Novotel-standard experience, prepare to be disappointed.
